I am a leader of creative professionals with a background in media and content creation. As Director of Media & Design and Communication at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, I provide purpose and strategic vision so that my team can do their absolute best work. My focus in on everyone’s success, from the individual contributor to the Dean and our students, and I achieve that through the recruitment and development of my reports, exceptional collaboration and communication skills, a focus on detail, fearlessness in the face of adversity, continuous learning, and developing a culture of efficiency and innovation.

I have been a professional musician for over 20 years, and am currently playing guitar in Hotlung. I've toured Europe and the United States, and have shared the stage with acts such as The Misfits, Hot Water Music, Youth Brigade, Papa Roach, Strung Out, Fury 66, and Good Riddance.

My expertise is in leadership, coaching, talent recruitment and development, and all facets of video production, but I also have extensive experience in web development, higher education, non-profits, data-viz, web platforms, social media, music, kicking ass, and taking names.
